The goods and the downs of partnering with ro-schools
Introduction
To start off, I have no hate towards ro-schools, this is purely to warn everyone on what could come later on after partnering with a ro-school. Moving on, I always see someone asking someone if they should partner with a ro-school and the normal answer is 'yes! You should partner with a ro-school!!! imagine what they could give you in return', a person who says that, does not see the dark side of ro-schools on roblox.
Well, whats the dark side?
There are lots of dark sides of ro-schools, but I will list a few just to save some time. Starting off, the drama, in every ro-school, no matter if it is British, American or Australian, there is always some drama going on, for example, staff being found talking to minors, staff being caught saying inappropriate words on Discord and most definitely owners being accused of pedophelia because they were dating a child. This is only a small fraction on what the ro-school dark side is, there is also always documents on the situation, the amount of statement documents I receive and have on my computer is outstanding, All of those documents have some fake information and mostly only get information from one side, THERE IS NEVER EVIDENCE OR OPPOSATION FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SITUATION, and that is because the staff who make it, ignore the person who is being accused of doing such stuff or simply the messages are fake and are made by the leadership team so then you can't argue with that... right? Well yes, that is why so many people get blacklisted from companies, ro-schools and other places. Moving away from the documentation side, let's move onto why you should not partner with ro-schools. Ro-schools are not only unsafe and unfair, but also some are very bad for the reputation of your business because they always find a way to get their partners involved in arguments and then spreading rumours about how bad your business is and how you should not even join. Ro-schools are dangerous for everyone, especially the large ones like Brampton.
Wait wait wait! What is.. Brampton?
Glad you asked, Brampton is a ro-school that was originally created in 2020 and has been involved in lots of incidents over the years, mostly all of the ones I mentioned before, but moving on. Brampton used to have an owner called 'Jamal' who was the headteacher for a long time and helped found the school with his team. Not long ago, a serious situation unfolded which caused major concern within both the Brampton Primary School and the wider Discord communities. Reports claimed that between the 16th and 19th of August 2025, Jamal contacted members of his team through their personal Snapchat accounts and behaved inappropriately. One of the most concerning allegations was that he contacted a female community member while on video and reportedly under the influence of alcohol, repeatedly asking her to visit his home despite her declining. The situation escalated further with claims of threats toward other members, explicit sexual remarks and a number of offensive comments, including racial and homophobic slurs. Given that Brampton is a primary school roleplay community with many members under the age of 16, the incident raised serious safeguarding concern and ultimately led to Jamal being officially blacklisted from the community and lots of other companies on the Discord and Roblox network. Alright that was a lot.. what about the good side?
Well, yes! Lets go to the good side of things, ro-school is not always negative and bad for you, ro-schools also have many pluses like getting your server members if partnering with larger ro-schools or getting more partnerships due to the large amount of members in ro-schools, and it could be going on and on.
Summarry
Overall, its always up to you, but you should always look at the past of these ro-schools and also look at the present, not all ro-schools start off well, some might of have had lots of disagreements at the start but then changed and became better later on when they evolved, partner with reliable, safe and free of drama ro-schools and your buisness, company or your own ro-school will not loose reputation.
