1.0 Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and AriProducts ("AriProducts", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our digital products, services, systems, software, scripts, tools, licenses, and associated platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, purchasing, licensing, downloading, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

Certain Services may be subject to additional policies or supplemental terms, including product-specific license agreements or platform-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, supplemental terms shall prevail solely with respect to the applicable Service.

2.0 Accounts

You acknowledge that access to the Services may depend on the continued availability of third-party platforms and that AriProducts is not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by such platforms.

2.2 Account Responsibility & Use of Services

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your AriProducts- linked account(s). You agree to maintain secure credentials, provide accurate information, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to share, resell, transfer, or otherwise misuse your account or licensed products, nor to circumvent any access controls or security mechanisms.

2.3 Suspension, Termination & Data

AriProducts reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform rules.

Upon termination, associated data, licenses, and access rights may be permanently highlighted, anonymized, or deleted. No refunds or compensation shall be provided.

3.0 Product Licensing

All AriProducts digital offerings are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product solely in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of AriProducts.

3.1 Termination, Revocation and Expiration of Licenses

Licenses may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse, security breaches, or fraudulent activity. Upon revocation, all rights to use the product immediately cease without refund.

Certain Services may rely on third-party providers. AriProducts does not control such services and shall not be liable for disruptions, data loss, or unavailability caused by third parties.

4.0 Purchases and Payments

Paid products and licenses are offered as digital services. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and licenses.

6.0 Conduct and Restrictions

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes reverse-engineering, redistribution, harassment, exploitation, or commercial use without express authorization.

7.0 Termination of Service

AriProducts may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability. Upon termination, all access and licenses immediately cease.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AriProducts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

8.1 As-Is, Risks and Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services.

9.0 Modifications to the Terms

AriProducts may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts.

11.0 Data Privacy and Communications

Personal data is processed solely to provide and secure the Services. Data rights may be exercised subject to legal and operational requirements.
